Do I have to be a member?

You don’t have to be a member, but it helps.

Benefits of being a member

Membership allows you access to the WLUG library and contributes to the running costs of all sorts of things that the LUG offer. Also, you must be a member of the society to stand for executive committee positions and to vote at General Meetings.

What does it cost?

Membership is currently set at $20 per year for an individual. Membership currently lasts from the time of payment until the next Annual General Meeting. Pro rata subscriptions are not offered. We don’t offer a family membership per se as meetings are free and everyone is encouraged to attend, but you are welcome to make a suggested donation of $35 per year for a family.

How to become a member

The membership form contains all the necessary details.
