mkdir BUILD RPMS SOURCES SPECS SRPMS
cd RPMS; mkdir athlon i386 i486 i586 i686 noarch

rpmbuild --rebuild <package name>
as a normal user and install the package(s) that will be in redhat/RPMS/arch
